Hello everyone. Hello, hello! I’m back.
I’m back, with a new attitude, a new blog design, and all new recipes. I loved my old blog, but then I got caught up with life…with having two babies, moving way too many times, and trying my best to be good wifey. BUT, my loving and supportive husband has blessed me with a rare opportunity to spend time more with my kids and work on things that I’m passionate about, LIKE THIS BLOG. He’s so fantastic. So here I am, I’m back, yay! Now go get some wine, so we can talk about what I’ve been up to for the last four years.
I hope you’re drinking a full bodied cabernet sauvignon as you continue to read. In the last few years, I have travelled to some amazing places and eaten at some fantastic restaurants. I have continued to cook, A LOT, and branched out to include cooking food from all over the world. In addition, I’ve improved the quality of the ingredients that I’m using, trying hard to cook with fresh ingredients, and fresh herbs and spices. This is the stuff that I would like to share with you.
I still hope to use this blog as a venue to share food that I love with people that I love, but I also hope to use this blog to expand. I want to expand to talk about restaurants that I love, cuisines that I want to explore, and the meal planning in my mind that goes into all of this. I love food. I love everything about it, and everything that goes into making an amazing meal. This is my place to share it all.
Now I still have some work to do. I’m still working on getting my photos just right. I’m still working on perfecting my recipes, and I’m still working to organize all the food related thoughts in my mind. So give me a little time, and I’ll get this all together, and it’ll be even better then before.
And yes, I’ll include the recipe for the above dish, Italian-herbed Salmon on Creamy Parmesan Risotto.
