Normally I like to have a nice cocktail in my hand while I write this list…such as this delicious gin and champagne drink. I think I love everything with champagne.
Every couple of weeks I write a list of things that I want to cook in the days ahead. The list includes meal titles, and main ingredients/side dishes for these dishes. This list comes from things I have seen online, my husband’s cravings, and great food I’ve had at different restaurants. I try to make all the recipes on my list, however depending on how my week moves, sometimes that doesn’t happen. You understand! Based on the things I cook, I then post my favorites. I’ll try to post this ‘Looking Forward’ list as often as possible, and if there is anything on this list that didn’t make the blog, let me know and I’ll do my best to make it happen!
